Umi (sea) budo (grape) is a Japanese word and is derived from the appearance of the seaweed that looks like tiny clusters of green grapes or as some people fondly refer to them as green caviar. These bubbles create a mouth watering and fine eating experience; crunchy, delicate but delicious they pop in your mouth.
